What Are We Measuring?
Bandwidth: This is a measure of how much data per second your
connection can support.
Latency: This is a measure of how long data takes to get from
you to the Vocalocity servers, and back again.
Jitter: This is a measurement of how much the latency changes
from moment to moment.
Packet Loss: This measures how much of the data being sent is
actually being received by the other side.
These four factors are key to ensuring a quality VoIP experience.
